Hey everyone! 👋 I’m Kell Ording, and I’m one of your friendly neighborhood Community Managers here at E-Learning Heroes! I’ve spent the last decade in the learning and development world—with a special focus on e-learning development, Storyline, instructional design processes, and project management. Now, I get to support this amazing community of course creators, instructional designers, and e-learning pros as we learn and grow together. A few things about me: I love geeking out over engagement strategies, finding creative ways to help people learn, and (let’s be real) sipping on way too many americanos. ☕ When I’m not here, you’ll probably find me exploring a new city, snapping photos of cool coffee shops, or diving into a random creative project. I’m excited to get to know you all—feel free to say hi, share your latest e-learning project, or drop a travel recommendation for my next adventure! 🚀15Views1like0CommentsHello from Wisconsin!
Hi! 👋 I'm Ginger Swart, a Community Manager at Articulate. I joined Articulate in April of 2022 as a member of our Training team 👩💻 and moved to our Community team in 2024. Before coming to Articulate, I spent 10 years as a technical writer before moving to the training world. As a Community Manager, I'm here to help you! I spend a lot of my time in the backend of our community, but I'm happy to answer your questions, troubleshoot your project files, and give advice, too. I also write articles and do webinars. Plus, you can often find me at our in-person events, helping at our booth by giving demos, answering questions, and presenting sessions. Here are some fun facts: I live in Madison, Wisconsin. My background is in Theatre. I have two degrees in it! My hobbies include knitting, crocheting, and shooting archery (all three involve string 😂). I share my home office with Fudge, a Morkie (Maltese/Yorkie mix). Fudge has 8 emojis in the Articulate Slack emoji library. I have 0. 🤣45Views2likes0CommentsIntroducing myself! 👋
Hey E-Learning Heroes! Some of you may have seen me lurking around this community over the last month or so, but I wanted to formally introduce myself. My name is Noele Flowers, and I just joined Articulate's team in mid-December as our new Director of Community. That means it's mine and my team's job to work on all things E-Learning Heroes. It also means that I have the most fun job at Articulate because part of my job is to hang out with you here 🤯 A bit about me: Professionally: I've worked in the community industry for about ten years, always at the intersection of community and e-learning. I used to run community at a company called Teachable, then I ran a team that built training for community managers at a company called Commsor, and then I ran my own consultancy for a few years. Personally: I live in New York's mid-Hudson Valley (do I have any neighbors here?). I love gardening, watching movies, and enjoying the great outdoors (this time of year, find me on the ski slopes⛷️). Fun fact: Before I worked in tech, I was a public high school choir teacher 🎶. I find any community I'm a part of, no matter what it's about, I always end up connecting with other musicians. We're everywhere! I'm so excited to work with you to help make this community—which is already amazing—the best it can be. Here are a few ways we can connect: Drop me a comment here saying hi! I'm hoping to meet as many E-Learning Heroes as I can. Bonus points if you can pass along a good movie rec. Tag me freely when you're here interacting! I especially love getting tagged into cool examples of what you're building, or being pulled in to try to help facilitate a connection with another community member where I can. Chat with me in real time! As I'm getting up to speed here, I'm making an open call for community members who are interested and willing to have a 30 minute, informal "virtual coffee chat" with me so that I can get to know you and hear more about how you use ELH. If that appeals to you, you can learn more and let me know here. Thanks so much for reading—excited to get to know you all! Cheers, Noele133Views4likes16Comments
