.ASPX Files Now Download Instead of Launching from SharePoint
Hello all, My organization has recently discovered an issue with .aspx files hosted on SharePoint. We've been using them to launch Storyline and Rise files so they act like web pages (like this). However, we just recently found that after reuploading the file or folder to SharePoint, SharePoint no longer opens the page. If you navigate to the .aspx file, it force-downloads the file. If you use the direct URL, you get a File Not Found error. We suspect this is a SharePoint issue that has to do with the upload process. My IT department has asked me to check here to see if anyone else has experienced this problem, and if so, what the root cause was (e.g., Microsoft update, policy change, etc.)? We're looking at SharePoint because: It happens to multiple people in multiple offices (not a computer issue). It happens with Chrome and Edge. Modifying the URL to add ?web=1 has no effect. Clearing cache and cookies has no effect (not a browser issue). I tested the "old" file to confirm it worked, then downloaded the .zip package from SP. When I reuploaded the exact same package back to SP, the file now force-downloads/is not found (so it's not the files or the Storyline version). I copied a file that's still working and uploaded the copy. The original opens as a web page, the copy doesn't (again, not the files). Thanks in advance for your feedback!Prompt for "full body character shots" for the AI Image generator
Greetings, Simple question, hopefully, how can I tell the AI image generator to "give me a full body shot" of a character I'm listing traits for? I'm running into this issue and it drives me crazy: everytime I want Storyline to generate a character, of any kind, with various prompts, using the AI image generator, it cannot or heavily struggles to get me 4 "full body shots". I'm always asking for the portrait format, not square or landscape. In photography, a full body shot is "from head to toe, completely framing the subject". Right now, unless I'm adding "walking" to my prompts, I'm getting Italian shots (head to pelvis), portraits and close-ups. If I write "standing", "full body shot" and whatnot, it doesn't generate complete characters. Please note for traits, be eyes, hair, eyes, skin color, outfits and such, Articulate's AI is... pretty spot on. It's not perfect and there are mishaps, but design-wise, it gets the job done. However, if I ask for a character, I do expect a full body shot unless I'm asking specific framing prompts. I currently have the Dec. 17th 2025 version of Storyline (3.107.35974.0), if that can tell you how the AI was fine-tuned by now. I know there's a new update today, but... right now I'm using the December version, since I needed to update Storyline right away a few days ago and I can wait for later versions. Thanks in advance and have a nice day :)Uploading SCORMS or HTML5 from other builders for use in Rise 360 Course?
I have a scorm built in a different platform that I want to embed in a lesson in Rise 360. A google search says this is possible. " AI Overview Yes, you can upload SCORM files from another platform to Articulate Rise 360, as long as the file is exported in the correct format: SCORM format: Rise 360 supports SCORM 1.2 and any edition of SCORM 2004. Export location: Save the exported training to an easy-to-access location on your computer. Export tool: If you're importing Rise 360 training, use the Export to Rise.com tool in Rise 360. " However, when I try to upload the scorm to Review 360, I get this: Has anyone had success doing this? Thanks for any info. VPrompt to Resume on the Restart Not Working
I need some help here. I use the classic player to create and publish my courses. It used to work well in the past, but it stopped working recently. The issue comes up when I revisit a URL where I am hosting my course. It will load my course when I visit it for the first time, but on any subsequent visits, I will see a blank screen. The unusual thing is that this problem occurs only on a mobile device but works just fine on a desktop. When I click on the URL where the course is hosted, let 1 or 2 slides load, and then refresh the page, I will see a blank screen without a prompt to resume or restart. This wasn't the case before, and my old courses are still working fine. This has occurred after the recent articulate update around September last year. Everything before that works just fine. I tried switching to a modern player, and the issue didn't occur, but now I can't switch to a modern player for my courses currently as that will be a big change and not feasible for now. I have tried the setting below without any success: Player settings to restart: Slide settings too: Does anyone know what might be causing this. I published the web version and hosted it externally. And I use Storyline 360 for all development and publishing.Transferring and Sharing Across Accounts
Our organization has spun off a small group of our Articulate users into a different account from the larger team account. Is it possible to transfer content for those users into the new account? Are users able to share projects across accounts, or only with other users in their account? How to Add Audio or Video to Rise 360 Introduction?
I would like to add audio or video to a Rise 360 Introduction that narrates the text. I know I can add audio or video to Lessons within the course, but I can't find a function to add audio or video to the Introduction. Does anyone know how add audio or video to the Introduction, or is it even possible in Rise 360? Screenshots provided of Dev and Preview. Thank you.
