How to Send Correct Response Data to Workday LMS from Radio Button Questions?
I have a quiz using radio button free form questions. The report in Workday currently is missing the correct answer data. It only shows which response the user picked. How do I write a javascript or use the send xAPI statement trigger to send this info to LMS? Thank you!Rise 360 Connected Package not working for learners after republishing
Hi everyone, It looks like the Connected Package feature in Rise 360 is not working correctly after a course update. We are seeing this issue specifically with learners who had already started the module before the update. After making changes to the Rise course and republishing it, these learners get the following page when they try to resume or return to the module from the LMS: “Hmm... We can't seem to find the page you're looking for.” The issue seems to be related to the learner’s previously saved progress/resume data. We have noticed that the course works correctly only when the “Reset progress after updates” option is enabled when republishing the Connected Package. If this option is not enabled, learners who had already started the course before the update are unable to resume it and encounter the error shown in the attached screenshot. Has anyone else experienced this behavior with Rise Connected Packages? Is this expected, or could there be an issue with how previously saved progress is handled after an update? Hi all, This is my first time actually asking on here, so hopefully I use the right terminology, forgive me if not. I also cannot upload the module due to content privacy. I have imported an intro video made in Synthesia into mt Articulate 360 Storyline module - I have done this 100s of times - but not sure if it is since an update, but now when the video auto plays it fades in narration so misses the first word or two before it becomes audible. There is no transition or a fade animation on the video. Like I say, nothing I haven't done a hundred times before. I have also added in a delay to the audio - first a 2 second one, then in increments of half a second up to 5 seconds, but no matter what it still fades in the first part of the audio regardless of pause before the character speaks. In articulate preview it is fine, the audio starts on que - but when published to review it happens. I have not uploaded to the LMS and tested, but that is company reasons (we don't have a live environment sandpit so to speak). Has anyone else had this happen? Is there a work around? Potential bug: feedback layers disappear in a lightbox after the course is marked as completed/passed Hello, I think I may have identified a potential issue in Storyline related to the display of multiple layers in a slide opened as a lightbox, after the course has been marked as Completed/Passed. How my question slides work In my course, each question works as follows: after the learner submits an answer, a feedback layer is displayed: either a Correct layer; or an Incorrect layer; this layer contains the feedback and a Next button; when the learner clicks Next, they move to the following slide; at the same time, another trigger displays an additional layer that I call a “Lock” layer, whose purpose is to hide the Next button. At the end of the course, I have a summary slide that allows learners to review all the questions they answered throughout the module by opening each question slide in a lightbox. When the learner opens these questions from the summary slide, everything works as expected: the lightbox displays both the appropriate feedback layer (Correct or Incorrect) and the Lock layer on top, which hides the Next button. The issue I have noticed At the very end of the course, the learner can click a Quit Course button. This button displays a final confirmation layer with a message such as: “Are you sure you want to quit?” The learner can then choose between: Yes, quit the course No, go back to my answers The course is also marked as Completed/Passed when this confirmation layer is displayed. If the learner chooses to go back to their answers and then opens one of the previous question slides again in a lightbox, the behavior changes: the Lock layer, which is the top layer, is still displayed correctly; however, the feedback layer underneath it (Correct or Incorrect) completely disappears. As a result, the question slide is displayed with the Lock layer, but the feedback that was previously visible is no longer shown. What seems unusual This issue appears to happen only after the course has been marked as Completed/Passed. Before that point, the exact same lightboxes display the different layers correctly. Is this expected behavior in Storyline once a course has been marked as completed/passed? Or could this be a bug related to how Storyline restores or displays multiple slide layers when opening a slide in a lightbox after the completion status has been triggered? Hey everyone! I'm making a slider interaction with two separate sliders that will populate variables on a page. Slider one (the hand on the wrench) seems to work just fine, but slider two (the weight on the rectangle) will automatically move the hand on the wrench to a new position whenever it is moved. I do not want the hand to be moved by the weight. What bug caused this and how to I fix it? I've looked at the triggers and played with reordering them to no avail. UPDATE Was able to resolve it by using separate variables set equal to the slider variables. :) Thank you for your help!Can we have access to a published rise course (SCORM package)and edit it?
Hi everyone, I have two questions regarding Rise: Published Rise courses (SCORM packages) Can we import a published Rise course (SCORM package) and edit it in Rise? I noticed there is an Upload a File option in Rise; however, when I try to upload the SCORM ZIP file, I receive an error. Has anyone successfully done this, or is there another method for editing content from a published Rise course? Cross-organization collaboration If a Rise course is created in one organization's Articulate 360 environment, is it possible to add a collaborator from another organization and allow that person to edit the course? Alternatively, can a Rise course be shared or transferred between organizations while preserving editing capabilities? 07/31/2026 Hi, There is another error in Rise. This time, the error with the Process block before a locked continue button. It may seem to work in both the preview and the review 360 but this function is not working when it is already published as SCORM and uploaded in the LMS.
