Crystal from South Dakota here! I have professional expertise in publishing, communications, design, and education. I've worked as a writer, editor, publication designer, and educator, and I'm now transitioning into instructional design and learning experience design. I love taking complex information, finding meaningful connections, and organizing it into something clear, engaging, and useful. I enjoy working with both the big picture and all the little pieces that make it work. Also, TYPOGRAPHY! Wanna talk fonts? Page design hierarchy? Yes, please. I've designed entire publications, developed curriculum and instructional materials, written assessments, and created interactive learning activities. Hi Everyone! I'm Chandler, and I am very new to this world... I actually come from a medical background, but it really was not my passion in life. I had 2 niche degrees, 3 years into a career I didn't enjoy, and no clue where to go next. But hey... turns out skills are transferable! I took the leap in investing in myself and learning new things. I got a job at a new company that I knew literally nothing about but I was willing to put the work in to learn. Turns out it was a great move on my part because I was introduced to Learning & Development. Here, I have really found a passion for training and developing individuals. I recently moved into a role as a facilitator for in-person and virtual trainings, but I have always enjoyed anything that allows me to be creative. I have just been introduced to the creation of e-learning and Articulate by a coworker on my team. I have been enjoying learning the platform and expanding my skill set :)💗Finally Upgraded

Hello community, my name is Reggie and I’m based in London, UK. I come from a teaching background and over the last few years I’ve developed a strong interest in e-learning and instructional design. I’m still learning and currently building my portfolio through voluntary work and personal projects using Articulate Storyline and other tools. My teaching experience helps me understand learners and how to make learning clear and engaging. I have been an Instructional Designer for 6 years now, specialising in practical, scenario-based modules (I am a big fan of Cathy Moore's action mapping!). I am based on the NSW coast in Australia and have worked across a variety of sectors - everything from animal nutrition to diversity and inclusion and early childhood! I love building immersive scenario-based modules with personalisation in Storyline, but the new updates in Rise are starting to sway me... I have been venturing into coding blocks and using browser storage for some really cool interactions and reporting in Rise.
