Problem with mobile viewing of a course
Hola Tengo un problema al visualizar el curso en móvil, al cambiar de orientación el celular la navegación se devuelve al tope de la pagina y no se queda en el lugar donde estaba visualizando. ¿Qué puedo hacer para que la navegación se mantenga al girar el móvil? GraciasPeek360 Fails to Open
Recently, my two end-users are logging in to their computers, launching Articulate, then attempting to launch Peek. Peek will launch and show as a "camera" icon in the system tray... When you hover over the Peek icon, it unceremoniously disappears. I have tried the uninstall/re-install Peek. I have checked the .Net 4.8 I have full uninstall reinstall of Articulate (freshly downloaded today). None of these worked. I'm at stand still. Thoughts. Hello, I just installed (and uninstalled and installed again) Peek 360 from my Articulate 360 menu. Each time I select Open, the Peek video camera icon appears in my window task bar, but when I go to select it, it disappears, never to be seen again. Please help.Incomplete screen recording in Peek
Hello, Since using Peek, we noticed an issue where our screen is not entirely recorded. Before recording, we always use the option "Full screen", but as shown in the screenshot below, the recorded size is 1916x1076 (while the screen resolution is 1920x1080). This wouldn't seem very problematic, but when viewing the resulting recording, the screen is clearly cropped, see screenshot of the video below. Here the cropping is most apparent at the underside of the video, where the date in the taskbar is horizontally cut in half. Our current solution is to wiggle the sliders away from the centre until the dotted lines are no longer visible, demonstrated below for the left side of the screen. But this never works instantly, and a lot of "wiggling" is required until all of the dotted lines are gone. Has anyone else encountered this, or have a suggestion/solution? I apologize is this is covered elsewhere, but I didn't see it if it is. I have dual monitors because I find it easier to develop that way (pull up material in Word on one screen, copy into Storyline on the other). The Peek screen recorder seems to be a bit confused by that. When I try to record something, the "window" that shows up is about four inches from the screen I choose. For example, if I choose "full screen" of the monitor on my left, it puts the red box mostly in the middle of the two monitors instead of fully over the left side. I am posting a screen shot of where the window goes on this page for an example (attached). The weird thing is that it will record the screen as if it is in the proper place (though does record the line of record box itself). If I move it with the move crosshairs to cover the window fully over the where I want it, it does not record correctly (it acts offcenter). I've tried playing with various things in Properties to see if it is a "compatability" thing, but haven't found an answer yet. Anyone have any ideas?
