The first thing you’ll be prompted to do after buying an Articulate 360 Teams subscription is to name your team. And you can change your team name at any time after that. If you’re an account owner or admin for more than one team, you can also switch between teams right from your account management console. Here’s how.

Naming Your Team

After buying a subscription, the account owner will be prompted to open the account management console and name the new team. Enter a name and click Save. It’s that easy! For example, you might use the name of your company as your team name.

Renaming Your Team

The account owner and account admins can change the team name as needed.

  1. Sign in to your account management console and click Manage Team on the left side of the screen.
  2. Click your team name and select Change Team Name from the menu that appears.

  3. Enter a new name for your team and click Save.

Switching Between Accounts

Account owners, account admins, and group admins can be members of more than one team, so we made it easy to switch between teams.

  1. Sign in to your account management console and click Manage Team on the left side of the screen.
  2. Click your team name and select Switch Team from the menu that appears. (You’ll only see this option if you’re a member of multiple teams.)

  3. Choose a team from the list that appears.
