Why We Love Review 360 (And You Will, Too)

Is there a way to manage the previous versions drop down? This may confuse some of our clients. Also is there a control panel to manage the email notifications per comment & reply? (apart from this, Review is a great advance in module management - thanks)

Hi Adam, One of our clients has very confidential training materials and we have had to sign all sorts of agreements to keep it confidential. Can you please let us know what systems are in place to ensure no one apart form the intended recipient can see the material shared on Review. Thanks

How does the reviewer see the comments I send back? Do they only see them if they are in Review? Do they get some type of notification in their email? For example, if they enter a comment and I then ask a question to clarify, how do they see that?

Hi Anne- Marie, Not sure if there is a way to do this, if not possible workaround would be to publish the course using another name. This way you could have one for the client to see and another for internal use.

HERE'S A BIG ONE I'd love to see changed.

I have a course out for review right now. 1 client/main SME and then 14 other sme's reviewing (full education team). The 14 people put in all their comments and now I am going through those comments and adding my own notes at the bottom of them (as comments) that I can then take back to the client to review the items that need discussion.

I don't know why this didn't occur to me, but every comment I am now making is being emailed to every SME that created an account to review (even though I told them they didn't need to make an account). Now they are replying back to me via email about the comments/notes that I am making.

SO.....

I'd love to be able to some how turn off the "email to all", or close the review process so that my "comment/notes" don't go back to reviewers. This could be handy at any point during the review or after the review that I just want to make myself a note and not sent it out to all.

Am I missing a feature or did I forget to turn something off?

We would love to see a 'teams' page in Rise. This way all the projects for the team are on a home or team page. This might also by a section next to "My Content" called "My Team" or something. As it is it looks like I can only see content I publish, then send a link to team members. Then we keep track of the links in onenote our email. A shared space would be great.

Awesome tool though, we love it!

My big one is that I've got so much feedback I would like to be able to prioritize it: High/Med/Low so I can better structure my workflow.

How does Articulate Review handle iterations of the same project where slides have been removed or added, or re-ordered? Do the comments stay with the correct slides? Does it show which slides have been removed?

Hi Rick, Each time you publish, it is saved as a new version. The latest version is displayed by default but there is a drop down at the top where you can select to view the older versions. It does not show which slides have been removed. You would have to toggle between the versions to see this. It looks like the comments stay with the original slide. E.g. if a comment was put on slide 4 and a slide is now inserted at the start of the course the comment will now show on slide 3. I never realized this until now because there is an option to hide resolved comments. So as I am making the changes I resolve them and they don't show up on the next review. Hope that helps.

Hi, when I reordered slides and scenes and stuff, the comments stuck with the slides, but for a deleted scene, each slide was titled "Scene not found".
