Forgive me if this is a dumb question, but when I open the project to see it working, it doesn't have the usual player 'surround'.
Is that an option?
I've been looking for a way to make learning content feel more like it;s part of the page rather than sitting inside the player.

There are lots of articles on tweaking the player options, for example https://community.articulate.com/download/storyline-2-3-seamless-player-skins.
Just search the net for 'Storyline Customise Player' and you'll find many more.
One particularly useful one is probably this: https://community.articulate.com/download/storyline-2-player-colors.
