Run Time Error 453

I disabled syncing to one drive due to the "online presentations aren't supported" error.  Now I have a new error "run time error 453".  Simply trying to import a powerpoint deck.  Thanks for any help or advice.

Hello David!

I'm happy to help! Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling Studio 360?

You might need to also look into repairing your current Microsoft Office installation which your IT team can help with.

If that doesn't do the trick, I'd recommend connecting with our Support Engineers in a support case.
