I'm pretty green to QuizMaker, but I'm trying to find a workaround in our LMS for a question that collects multiple short answer text questions onto 1 exam. See Screenshot. There is a form that test takers have to fill out. They have to enter numbers on a spreadsheet. I want those question fields to be both visible on the exam and also to submit for marking.
All I can see is creating a new Entry for each textbox question, and I am unsure how to display previous entries onto a new Entry...
Any ideas or templates you've seen that can help me get over the hump?
