Unable to resume the quiz from the saved state

Hi , 

We are using articulate storyline 360 . We have given 3 attempts for the users to complete the quiz with the requisite grade.  on being interrupted in between while attempting the quiz and on launching back, the e-learning starts from the beginning and not at the resume saved state. Need your help!

I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with the course starting from the beginning instead of where the learner left off. I'm happy to help troubleshoot!

First, I'd like to confirm that you have the resume option set to always resume. You can check by following these steps:

  1. Go to the Home tab and click Player.
  2. When the Player Properties window appears, click Other on the ribbon.
  3. In the Resume section, next to On restart, you can choose Always resume.

If this isn't the case, I'd be happy to take a look at your specific file! You can share it with us here or privately in a support case. We will delete it from our systems once troubleshooting is complete.
