I'm not sure why you are having problems importing Replay 360 videos into Storyline 360 as they are compatible.
Once you have recorded your video and published it to a video file (mp4), all you need to do is to open your slide in Storyline, select Video From File from the Insert menu and Video drop-down, locate your new video and click Open. Your video should now run correctly when you preview your slide.
One issue you may encounter, which I currently have being investigated by Articulate support staff, is black bars above and below or to the left and the right of your video. This occurs if you are only recording a portion of the screen. If your video is recorded full screen, this problem should not occur.
If you do get the black bars, it is possible to remove them by using the video editing feature in Storyline and then using the Crop option to crop out the bars.
To add to what Ned shared with you, I wanted to pass along this handy guide for inserting MP4 videos into Storyline 360. Let us know if you need extra help!
My replay video saves as .replay and I cannot download it as mp4. I tried save as and renaming it with the mp4 extension. Doesn't work. Hence, I can't get it into storyline. What am I doing wrong?
I am having a similar problem. the saved video file from Replay is an MP4 but will not play. My media players are playing the other MP4s I have. Also will not insert into Storyline. ... puzzling
Any chance you could share the MP4 with us so we can help troubleshoot? Feel free to connect with us here, and we'd be happy to dig into this with you!

Hi Brenda
the .replay is saving the source file. When the publish window opens - select video file
When the publish finshes - select Open Folder and you should see it as a mp4 in your Peek folder
