Recording from webcam not recording the audio?

When you start the recording are you able to choose the particular audio input or microphone option as shown here:

This article has some additional information on recording the screen and a web cam at the same time. 

I am trying to input audio clips in my Rise360 training, however my microphone is not working.  I am using a desktop with a webcam/microphone...how can I remedy this?

Sorry, you're running into issues with your microphone in Rise 360! Have you tried recording audio in another tool like Storyline 360 or Peek? Does your microphone work in those places?

If your microphone doesn't work in any of the tools, it might be specific to your microphone settings. If your microphone does work in Storyline 360 and Peek but not in Rise 360, we'll want to enlist our Support Engineers. You can reach out to them in a support case.
