Replay edit uploading into powerpoint error message

I want to upload a peek recorded video that was edited using replay into PowerPoint 365 and am receiving an error message.  The error message reads, "PowerPoint cannot insert a video from the selected file.  Verify that the necessary codec for this media format is installed, and then try again."  I have Articulate 360 on my desktop.  Why am I experiencing this issue?
