Transferring Replay content from a user no longer with a license

One of our team members left and when I removed her as a user, I selected to have her content transferred to me. I have her Rise courses, but  content she created in Replay is not appearing. Can anyone help?

Thanks for reaching out!

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue, but I'm happy to help troubleshoot. When you transfer content when someone leaves your team, the new owner will have control over Rise 360 courses, label sets, and block templates; Review 360 projects; and Storyline 360 team slides.

We recommend saving and publishing Replay 360 content on your local hard drive, so if you have access to the former user's computer, you can try checking for video files saved there. Please note that learners will only be able to view published videos that you host on a web server or LMS.
