Are folks seeing that error accessing the Review 360 link or only when the web object loads?
If it's limited to the web object and everyone is running, it's possible the web object you've linked to can't be displayed in an iFrame which is how it's inserted into your Storyline course. You could try adding a link to it that folks could open in a new window/tab to see if that allows you to get past the error!
