Rise 360 Access Denied Error

Hi all,

I have a trigger that links to a pdf in a course built in Articulate 360. Works fine, pdf placed in correct folder in LMS build folder structure.

Published to Rise 360 for final testing. When clicking the link to the file, get the below error. Anyone seen this/have a solution?

THX

  • Hi MMc-HSE,
    Thanks for reaching out!
The error message typically means that the contents inside the folder where your PDF is stored are not publicly accessible. You might be signed in to certain accounts allowing you to access the folders when tested directly on your computer, but this access level changes when the course is uploaded to an LMS. Please ensure you have your Amazon S3 bucket permissions set to the level that allows public access.

Thanks for coming back to me. Hope the team is enjoying a great break in the US.

Sorry, I said Rise above, I meant published to the 360 Review site. As this is on the 360 Review site, I don't have the necessary access to the bucket to adjust permissions.
