Rise 360 Access Denied Error

Eventually found the solution - I had to move the file in the published output up one folder and it worked fine.

The error message typically means that the contents inside the folder where your PDF is stored are not publicly accessible. You might be signed in to certain accounts allowing you to access the folders when tested directly on your computer, but this access level changes when the course is uploaded to an LMS. Please ensure you have your Amazon S3 bucket permissions set to the level that allows public access.

Sorry, I said Rise above, I meant published to the 360 Review site. As this is on the 360 Review site, I don't have the necessary access to the bucket to adjust permissions.
