Thanks to another post, I have figured out how to add fixed hotspots to my scrolling panel image but now I'm wondering, can you add layers to the scrolling panel image? I have 4 hotspots in my scrolling panel image and I want a text box to appear when you click on the hotspot. I got this to work except that the text moves as you scroll up and down. Is there anyway to fix the text in one spot in a layer, as I have done with the hotspots on the original slide?
I'm not sure how you would want to fix the text in a spot, as it's a part of a scrolling panel - but hopefully if someone in the community has done similar they'll be able to share with you here.
In case anyone is still having this issue...If the text boxes are added/shown under the Scrolling Panel in the Timeline then they stay in place as you scroll up or down. If they are listed outside the Scrolling Panel in the Timeline, they move as you scroll.

Hi Caitlin
I am also trying to do this - I see that there has been no reply and you posted this a year ago.
Were you able to work this out? I'm not sure if it's possible but hoping there is a way.
No I wasn't able to unfortunately, sorry!
