I can't access the text inside a marker with my screen reader. I thought this worked before the new "Accessible player" was introduced in January. Anyone have any insight/workarounds?
You're right. Screen readers read the marker's label content in Storyline 360 Update 35 and earlier, but stopped working in Update 36—the accessible player's debut.
We're working on a fix for this and will share more when it's ready!
Hi - I am having this same issue in Storyline 3. JAWS will not read the marker text. Is anyone else having this same problem? I am running the latest version.
We were only able to recreate this issue in Storyline 360 before releasing the fix. Marker text was read properly using Storyline 3 and JAWS. Would you mind sharing your .story file with us? You can share it with our team by submitting a case.

Hi again, Erich!
Update 40 for Storyline 360 is live: We fixed the issue where screen readers stopped announcing text in interactive markers.
