Audio Recording Issues

Hello,
I am running into this very weird issue concerning audio recordings. When I record audio and add it to a slide, then attempt to preview the slide with audio, it sounds atrocious. The first 3-5 seconds are a horrible scratchy sound before the audio clears up. Then sometimes there are blank stretches where the audio cuts out. However, when I preview the audio from the Timeline box, it sounds just fine. I am not sure what the difference is. I have checked my equipment, used different mics, and nothing has changed. Any ideas on why the preview sounds so bad?

Sorry to hear that you ran into this behavior.
To make sure that the audio recording of your Storyline 360 installation is working properly, do a repair of your Storyline 360 installation. If the issue persists, reach out to our support team by opening a case so we can take a closer look at the behavior you're experiencing.
