I'm trying to publish a video using the new background audio function (mp3 track). It plays in previews, but is not showing up upon publishing to video. I have other audio that does play correctly upon publishing. Setting is such that background audio reduces to 30% while other audio plays. This works in Preview mode. I DID NOT check the box that says 'Set the same volume level for all audio' as I want to keep the background lowered during other audio.
How do I get the background music to play upon published video?!
Unfortunately, background audio doesn't work in published video (as many of us disappointed users have found out). Supposedly this is something that will happen in the future, but for now, it's not possible.
I just had the same thing happen. Great background audio track in the Review 360 version but it goes wonky once published, pauses and skips and then stops entirely. Too bad, it really added something to the video.

If the problem persists and you're comfortable sharing your file with us, we'd be happy to investigate why the background audio pauses, skips, and stops when published. You can upload it here or privately in a support case. We'll delete it when we're done testing!
