I have 4 buttons on my base layer and when you click each you move to a specific layer with additional content. When I go to preview on the base layer and hover over 3 of the buttons there is a bright blue bar, which I guess is meant to indicate that you can hit those buttons? One of the three buttons though has a giant blue circle that starts flashing. I can't figure out where the circle or the blue bars are coming from to change the style/color.
