Perhaps this question has already been discussed, but I'm wondering if it's possible to share Storyline files with another Articulate subscriber. I am collaborating with another developer who has their own account, separate from mine. Is it possible for us to exchange files between us since we are not on the same account?
You can always send copies of .story files to another user of Storyline, and you'll want to make sure you're both using the same version and update to have access to all the same features.
You need to get the .story file into the hands of the other author. Sending it as an email attachment might be the easiest way, but frequently they are too large for some email clients. If you have access to some sort of cloud-based storage, such as Dropbox, Box, S3, Google Drive, etc., place it there, and give them access to it. Otherwise, you might have to put it on a thumb drive.
Somehow they need to have the .story file on their computer to be able to work with it.

You can send them to each other if you are on a teams account, if not share them via dropbox.
Thanks Phil! Does it have to be via dropbox, or can it be Google drive?
Thanks again!
Google drive would work

Hi Martin,

If you're both on the same Articulate 360 Teams account, you'd also have the teams slide feature here.
Hi! I have the same problem ¿could you please teach me how to share it with another author?
