Hi all! We have a quiz set up for select correct image. In form view, correct answer is select and attached to picture. Everything matches the rest of our slides. State view looks accurate as well. When I complete the quiz in preview mode, everything works as it should. When I publish the the scorm, however, there are 2 slides not working - in which you can select incorrect pictures but not the correct picture(s). Does anyone have any idea what could be wrong or going on here?

It sounds like you have 2 quiz slides where you can't select the correct image after you publish to an LMS. Happy to help here!
