I am in the process of creating a software simulation and the step by step feature of Storyline would be ideal. The problem I have is that I must do the screen capture on a linux machine and work with an already produced MP4 file. I'm looking for ideas anyone may have around using the MP4 in the most effective way in Storyline to produce the simulation.

Storyline records your mouse movements and clicks during the screen recording process to create step-by-step slides, so if you recorded outside of Storyline, you wouldn't be able to convert that MP4 into interactive slides.
