Couldn't sign in to Articulate 360, changing default browser fixed it!

Hi folks, I have this issue pop up sometimes where I cannot sign in to A360. My company uses the Google suite, and we use the Chrome browser primarily. 

To fix the issue, I simply had to set Microsoft Edge as the default browser, log in, then change my browser back to Chrome. This doesn't happen very often, but I'm pretty sure it will keep popping up form time to time. Other members of my team have to deal with this too.

My friend in IT said, "With Articulate 360, it loads to an app front-end with a button that redirects to a web page for signing in.". I don't know what that means, but for some reason, that requires me to do this from time to time.

I'm sure it has something to do with IT settings on my end, but I thought this might help others. Good luck, and Make Cool Stuff!! :)
