How do I use the Cover Page? We used Storyline 360 to create some mp4 videos to use in Rise. We we're trying to place a Cover Page on each video, so the user would see the Cover Page in Rise, instead of a black screen. Well, this did not work, and we would like to know if it should have worked, or are we trying to use the Cover Page the wrong way? How do you suggest we use cover pages and add cover pages to videos we create with 360 and then upload into Rise?

This would be a great idea for a feature request and other people think so too! Adding a cover image to your videos has been already been submitted as a feature request! This conversation is being linked to that request, so if it makes it onto our feature roadmap, we’ll make sure to update you!

If you're trying to change the first frame of a video file to include an image, you can use Replay 360 to insert the image right before the video, and then publish the project,
If what you're trying to accomplish is similar to the requirements shared by Aaron above, then the cover photo feature in Storyline 360 is what you're looking for!
