I am working on a course with a video that's about 10 minutes long.
I would like to disable the next button until the video has completed. The problem is that is a user pauses the video, the next button will reset to normal before the video ends.
This is how I currently have the triggers set up. Is there a way to do what I would like to do, and have the previous 2 -my next button-change to normal after the video finishes, factoring in pauses, please?
The Next button has states, so I imagine creating a trigger that sets the Next button to disabled on timeline start would accomplish this. Then a trigger to set Next to normal on media complete
I realize this post is 5 years old but I cannot get this function to behave. Is it because I am in preview mode and scrubbing through the video to get it to behave?
Great call opening a support case! I see you worked with Mcgem, who suggested changing the object's initial state to hidden instead of using a trigger.
If you have additional questions, please reach out through the case.

Your last trigger is not correct. Change that for:
change state Previous 2 to Normal, when media completes.
The Next button has states, so I imagine creating a trigger that sets the Next button to disabled on timeline start would accomplish this. Then a trigger to set Next to normal on media complete
Thank you, @Kamil! I was able to get the slide to do what I wanted!

Hi, Susan.
