Is there a way to download specific scenes for review (MS Word or other format) without having to download the entire course? For example, I want to send sections 1 and 2 of my course, but right now, I am downloading the entire course, then going back to delete sections 3-6. Is there a better way to do this?
Unfortunately, the Publishing option for Word always publishes the entire course.
When you publish to Review 360 (and also for the web or an LMS/LRS), you can choose to publish a single scene or a single slide. So if you use that option, you'd need to publish each scene separately for its review -- and provide each link to the reviewers.
