Drag and drop submit button enable problem

Hello,
I tried to create a manually submit button for drag and drop.
- The slide started to submit button was disabled.
- Once all drag items are dropped, then submit button needs to normal state for submitting the assessment completion, but it's difficult for me to change the normal state.
Because all drag items need to stay in the drop area.
How can I write the trigger to change the state of submit button to Normal.
then, next column when which one is I want to select? and which object needs to select.
Is it possible??

The basic logic of the my solution is to enable the 'Submit' button after the learner completes dropping items into the 5 target zones.
Since your question is more design related, would you mind sharing which scenarios are not working properly for you? If you give us a little more detail on what you’re trying to accomplish, I’m sure one of our talented community members will have suggestions for you.
