Exporting translation to Word legacy crashes or freezes Storyline 360

Hi,

A translation company asked for the legacy word version of the translation file as i had sent them the "normal" one, which exports as expected.

When I try to export it, it crashes or freezes Storyline 360, or just sits there at about 50% for an hour before giving up. Any ideas?

At one point I got an error of "Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation".

I have uninstalled Storyline 360, rebooted and then reinstalled it but its the same outcome.
