When I publish or preview my scene, the font is no longer bolded. I am using Libre Franklin font (seems to be only this font with the issue). It stays Italicized and Underlined, but not Bold.
*Edit: I have downloaded all settings of the font to my computer, uninstalled and reinstalled both Storyline and Articulate apps, restarted computer.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention! Unfortunately, I was able to replicate the behavior on my end indicating that this could be a possible bug. I went ahead and created a report to our product team about this behavior. The workaround is to use another font instead, and we'll keep you updated in this discussion with any progress!
Thanks, Joe! Unfortunately, my company's branding does not allow me to use another font, so I will have to wait on this bug issue to be fixed. By the way, I did update Storyline today to its newest version and the issue was still there.
I have great news to share! We are no longer seeing issues with the Inter Font with Bold Formatting appearing without bold style in Preview and Publish Mode.
To make sure your software is up-to-date, please launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer and select the Update button next to Storyline 360. I've included our step-by-step instructions here!
