Glitch with Final Assessment Results Page

Hello all,

I have a course of 5 lessons, each containing one multiple-question slide. At the end of the lessons and before the final course assessment, I added a results page for the five quizzes to help the learner review their answers before starting the course assessment without having to revisit each lesson. 

Once they review their results and when they click Next, they are taken to the Final Course assessment, where they need to answer five questions. In the end, there is a results page for the assessment. 

When I review the course, publish it in 360, or publish it as SCORM, the last results page does not load, and the course freezes. 

I am attaching screenshots of my settings. I have spent two days remodelling this again and again but I have not managed to make it work as expected.
