Glossary import function

Hello.

I am trying to use the 'Import Glossary' function in the Storyline player. When I import a .csv file, certain definitions get cut off at the comma. I use the same formatting as how storyline exports it's definitions, but my glossary items still get cut off. For example, when importing the following sentence: "Sustainability is the pillar of society, without proper choices, all will fail", it will be cut off after the first comma. 

It seems that importing a CSV works only when you export it in one storyline file and import it in another storyline file without editing the CSV. Does anyone know a fix or if this is a known issue?
