Hide the scrollbar of the scroll component

Hi guys, is there any way to hide the scrollbar of the scroll component, and only show when moving the text inside the component? I want to do this for the mobile version of my course. 
Can you give me an example of how to do this if this default setting doesn't exist in Storyline 360?
