How do I know my account URL?

May 12, 2016

I am using Articulate Storyline 2. I have created a first little video, and I wish to publish it for my users.
How do I know my account URL? Where can I find it?

thanks in advance,

Hello GS2,

That's actually not a bad idea for those users that are using Articulate Online.

As Ashley mentioned, it's a different product and you would have chosen the URL, so if that's not ringing any bells, you may be looking for Review 360:

If you believe you have an Articulate Online trial or subscription but are not sure of the URL you set up when you registered our team can help look it up for you outside of the E-Learning Heroes forum.

Please connect with the team here.

I'm having the same issue.  How do I find out my URL? I am fully paid up member to Articulate RISE.

I have published things in Storyline 2 before and it automatically appeared in my Rise account.

I am trying to publish something in storyline 3.  I being asked to input my account URL (I don't remember it - and cannot find it).  How do I get this?

Please help.

Hi Roxanne,

I can see that you're using Articulate 360 - which is what I think you meant by Articulate RISE. Rise 360 is one of the many tools in Articulate 360.

When using Storyline 360 within Articulate 360, you can publish to Review 360 without adding in any URL as long as you're logged into your Articulate 360 account and have internet access.

Once Storyline content is published to Review 360, you'll be able to add those courses into a Rise 360- Storyline Block if you'd like to use there as well.

Articulate Online is separate to Articulate 360 and acts as a hosting solution/platform for Storyline and Studio content. You can start a free trial of Articulate Online (AO) if you'd like here, as I didn't see any AO accounts registered to you.

Storyline 2 and Storyline 3 both do not have any direct connections to publishing within Rise 360 or Review 360.

Let me know if you have any other questions on this! Happy to help here, or you can always reach out to our Support Team so that we can look into your unique Articulate account.

Hey Aaron,

I was having the same issue. I was able to locate my URL within Articulate Online.

Follow these steps:

1. After signing into your Articulate Online account, click on the "Settings" tab.

2. Scroll all the way down and click the "Other Settings" drop down.

3. Scroll all the way down, again. The second to last option says, "You can customize your account URL." Next to it is a link saying, "Customize your account URL" click on that link.

4. You'll be redirected to a page that shows your current URL in a text box followed by ".articulate-online.com".

I know your post was 9 months ago, but I'm leaving this comment here hoping that others may find this useful.

Hi Manik,

Thanks for contacting us. Do you have an Articulate Online account (which is a separate product) or are you referring to Articulate 360?

I just responded to a similar question here and it sounds like you may be thinking of Review 360 so that you can add a Storyline Block to Rise 360.

Welcome to E-Learning Heroes by the way!

Hi Patrick,

Have you signed up for Articulate Online as well?  You choose your own account name and URL when you signup, and then you use these credentials to log in.

I just responded to another question of yours here, so it sounds like you may be looking for Review 360, which is included with Articulate 360:
