Hi, Melissa,

If you publish a Storyline project, that creates a folder containing many files (some in sub-folders). Like anything on your hard drive, you can drag all that to the Recycle Bin to delete it.

If you're asking about deleting a project that was published and then uploaded onto a web server or into a Learning Management System (LMS), that's different. If you don't have the access and software to revise the web or the LMS, you'd have to contact the administrator about getting the project deleted.

Hi, Mofidul.

I am sorry for the confusion!

Once you publish your .story file to Review 360, you will receive a link that can be shared with the SME. When you're ready to delete the project, you can go to the Review 360 dashboard, where you will see all your published projects, and you'll have access to the options I shared above.

Let me know if this helps!

Thank you above and beyond for explaining in such details. I sent numerous URLS to SMEs and to my prospective employers.

In one URL I showed some screen shots of my present work experience and I would like to delete that one.

After reading your email, I republished but still do not see the dash board. IN the URL below, you can see one example of my work. I do not want to bother you with so many emails.

But I do have a question for you. After I click on Publish and after I receive the URL, I normally, click and view the items. I see the three dots on the top right but they do not give me any option.
(The below URL is just a practice work and I tried to delete this one as well).

Thank you again.

Thank you so much. I see all my published files ( URLS) now.
Thank you again.

I honestly try to become more independent but sometimes, I simply have to depend to “experts” like you.

THANK YOU AND HAVE THE BEST MONDAY EVER!!!!

With admiration,

I would like to learn as much as I can and then I would like to do publicity for Storyline 360 and create lot of “how to” videos (of course, there are tons) on Articulate Storyline 360. But I want to create some YouTube videos on basic, intermediate, and advanced SL.

Question: I see the eLearning Hero’s challenges. What is the best strategy to take up a challenge?

I am reluctant to try. Do you recommend any step/strategy to take up a challenge?

(write ONLY if your time allows).
With sincere appreciation.

Hi Mofidul,

Thanks for reaching out!

What is the best strategy to take up an eLearning challenge?

  • I recommend participating in any challenge that piques your interest.
  • If you're interested in the active conversation, please join the current challenge. You can be included in the recap as well.

E‑Learning Challenges

I look forward to hearing from others in the community in how they approach participation as well.

Hi Mofidul - Here's something I shared with another user in the forums on some ways to get started with the weekly challenges: https://community.articulate.com/discussions/building-better-courses/how-to-land-my-first-job-as-an-elearning-designer-all-i-get-as-feedback-is-lack-of-experience#reply-757633

The current challenge is the most active in terms of visibility and participation. Some users like to begin with the current challenge because the extra activity motivates them. Other users will jump into an older challenge because it's less active and a quieter way to get started.

Thank you Mr. Anderson.
I truly believe that starting from an old challenge will help me gain my confidence and then I can take tougher/newer challenges.

I cannot believe I received an email from Mr. David Anderson !!! Lots of YouTuber, and many Facebookers and hundreds of instructional designers refer to this name: “David Anderson”

Thank you sir.

Thank you and I remain ever grateful. Starting with a challenge today. Best wishes.

Hi, Milica.

If you published for the web, Storyline saved the package on your computer, so it's ready to be uploaded to a web server

If you want to delete the published file, click on the folder icon that says Open (the same one as your screenshot), and you will be taken to the folder where the file currently resides.

I hope this helps!
