how to unpublish
I am new to articulate storyline.
Is it possible to delete a published file?
I am unable to find any information regarding this.

If you publish a Storyline project, that creates a folder containing many files (some in sub-folders). Like anything on your hard drive, you can drag all that to the Recycle Bin to delete it.
If you're asking about deleting a project that was published and then uploaded onto a web server or into a Learning Management System (LMS), that's different. If you don't have the access and software to revise the web or the LMS, you'd have to contact the administrator about getting the project deleted.
