Issue with Black Screen in Safari When Resuming SCORM 1.2 Course

I am experiencing a peculiar issue with a SCORM 1.2 course created in Storyline when it's accessed in Safari. When learners exit the course midway and then re-enter, they encounter a black screen. This issue seems to be specific to Safari, as I haven't observed it in other browsers.

I have tried a few troubleshooting steps, including clearing the browser cache and ensuring that Safari is up to date, but the problem persists. I have also verified the course design within Storyline to check if there might be any elements causing this issue, but everything appears to be in order.

Is there any known compatibility issue with Safari that might cause this? Is there a recommended solution or workaround to prevent the black screen problem when resuming the course in Safari?

It sounds like your Storyline 360 course published to an LMS is loading a black screen when opened in the Safari Browser.
