Issue with SL Freezing and force closing

Good Afternoon,

I've been having an issue with storyline since last night. Anytime i try to add audio, video, record screen.... essentially anything i would normally do in 360 my screen populates an error message (attached) and force closes. Is anyone having any other issues?
