Launch Issues in SCORM

Hello,

I've uploaded a SCORM package and gone through the course for testing purposes in our LMS's Pilot environment.  When I try to re-launch the course to test it again, I get a spinning wheel when prompted if I want to resume where I left off. (Please see attached image.)  The course seems to be frozen, but when I resize or move the browser window to a different monitor this seems to fix the issue.  That's fine, but typical users will not know to do this.

I've tried re-uploading the course without the resume prompt and just have the course just resume automatically as a temporary fix, but I can't figure out what's causing this glitch with this setting.
