The codec doesn't support alpha channels and since HTML5 utilizes this video type, the alpha channel gets left out. So, unfortunately, it's not something that we can fix on our end. Hope this helps! This actually has to do with the H.264 video codec. The codec doesn't support alpha channels and since HTML5 utilizes this video type, the alpha channel gets left out. So, unfortunately, it's not something that we can fix on our end.
