I have a bit of an odd question. I have built a course in Storyline 360 with a few different types of questions like drag and drop, multiple choice, and matching. Each one allows 3 attempts before the learner is given the answers, if they didn't get it right. When I preview the matching question in "production" it works fine. However, once published, the matching question only allows the learner one attempt before showing the results layer. Any thoughts on why this is happening or how to fix it? Usually what I see in the preview is what is shown when published, so this is a bit perplexing.
That behavior is definitely strange! Are you able to share your file either publicly here or privately through a support case so we can do some testing and troubleshooting?
