I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing issues recording your audio! 

Do you have another microphone or headset you could try, to rule out device issues?

If you're noticing the audio volume much lower in Storyline, but the same in other applications, then it might be a good idea to try a repair:
If a repair doesn't solve it, I encourage you to connect with one of our support engineers through a case.
