Monthly Price Storyline Subscription for Freelancers

Jul 09, 2020

Here is a question in their FAQ: Can I pay for my subscription monthly rather than annually? Articulate Response: At this time we offer annual subscriptions only.

Why? There are freelancers that are hurting because of this. Please allow freelancers to have a monthly subscription.

Absolutely...  the cost of the yearly subscription is a big hit financially for freelancers, and may prohibit us from purchasing a license.  Especially when you consider we have to wait for our clients to pay our invoices - so no 'regular' income.

Paying monthly means we can subscribe and pay when we need the application, but can also close our subscription should our work dry up during periods like our recent lockdown, or just no contract work available.

Adobe offers a monthly subscription for captivate,  so why not the same for articulate?

Please expand your subscription model to consider freelancers, startup companies, and institutions with limited financial resources... bring in a rolling monthly subscription model for 360...  enable this huge potential market the opportunity to purchase a licence in a cost-effective way.

I agree 100%.
Articulate is losing money, and freelancers, like myself, are forced to use adequate, yet inferior products.
