.mp4 Video File Unsupported

Hi,

I am trying to upload an .mp4 video to my Storyline project, however, I receive the message: "does not appear to be a supported video format." I've gone into the properties and it is an .mp4 file (see photo attached for properties details).

I'm stumped on how to attach it without paying for a website to convert it to another format. Thanks for any help or advice!

    Related MP4 posts in the forums like this one and this might offer some help. The video file size might be an issue, as well as the specific video compression (called a codec) format might be unrecognized.
