Number Entry Labels not publishing

Here's a mystery for you...
I have a module where users enter several numeric inputs. The boxes are labeled initially to help user know what info goes in that box. BUT only some of my numeric entry fields are keeping those labels.
Here's the view in developing mode: 
I've circled the problem area in red.

That's a mystery, indeed! Copying the contents of your slide to a new file seemed to work. However, any changes to the variables caused the issue to resurface.
I went ahead and opened a case with our support engineers on your behalf. You should hear from them via e-mail soon, and I'll keep an eye on the case as well.
