Just recently ran into an orientation problem for a mobile course. I want the course designed inside Storyline to open strictly in landscape mode on mobile(I have set it up to do so as seen on the attached screenshot) but once the course is added to the LMS, the screen gets stuck in the rotate your phone prompt even though I have rotated it to landscape. What could be the issue?
Have you tried testing your course in SCORM Cloud to see if the behavior is specific to your LMS? If you are able to replicate the behavior in SCORM Cloud, would you be willing to upload a copy of your course here or in private through a support case so we can take a closer look at what's happening?
Hi Joe, Thanks for this, my findings after testing with SCORM Cloud were that the promo to rotate your phone wasn't showing, which is a little strange. I will keep trying till I find out why it behaves that way.

Since the issue appears to be isolated to the device that you're using to test the course, try testing the behavior on a different device to see if you'll get a different result.
