Pick Many question error. This happens with some but not all of the questions where the buttons do not appear for the user to select

  • Hi, James.

I'd like to take a closer look at what's going on with your .story file. Would you feel comfortable either sharing your project here publicly or privately through a support case so we can see what's going on and help you troubleshoot?

  • Hi James!

Thank you so much for sharing your file! I see that when the shuffle is on, the ovals disappear. I've played around with different settings, and I'm still not confident why this is the outcome. I've opened a support case with our Support Engineers on your behalf. They'll take a look at your project with their expert eyes and follow up with you via email!

      Thanks Lauren,

The Pick Many slides are from the Vitality suite in Content Library 360

    Hi James,

Great call on reaching out to Carlo for updates on your case. I see Carlo has responded, and we'll reach out to you within your case with any new updates, so we keep the communication going in one spot!

  • Hi Becca,

Have heard anything for a while, I'm still keen to use the Vitality suite Pick Many questions if they work correctly.

  • Hi James,

I appreciate the follow-up. It looks like my teammate, Carlo, shared a bug that we identified where:

In the Vitality theme, a pick-many question with the Shuffle Answer option selected will omit the toggle oval objects.

I'm sorry you're running into this! This is still an open issue with our team, but we'll be sure to reach back out when a fix is in place.
