Pick Many question error. This happens with some but not all of the questions where the buttons do not appear for the user to select

Note that all is good if "shuffle" answers is turned off. Why?

Thank you so much for sharing your file! I see that when the shuffle is on, the ovals disappear. I've played around with different settings, and I'm still not confident why this is the outcome. I appreciate the follow-up. It looks like my teammate, Carlo, shared a bug that we identified where:

In the Vitality theme, a pick-many question with the Shuffle Answer option selected will omit the toggle oval objects.

I'm sorry you're running into this! This is still an open issue with our team, but we'll be sure to reach back out when a fix is in place.
